Who is M.A.I.?
We are Micronesia Assistance Inc.
With the collaborative effort of a few Japanese travel agencies and an insurance company, we were established in 1990 as a general assistance service for Japanese visitors on our island.
Today, we assist Japanese and Korean visitors and residents on our island by providing translation and interpretation services, as well as a general inquiry phone line that is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our business practices center around empathy, compassion, and community, and we always look forward to working with our island's people.
